Rental prices are on a weekly basis and inclusive heating, electricity and local taxes.

 

Laundry, linen and towels are 25 CHF/EUR per person.

Final cleaning is obligatory and costs CHF/EUR 295.

House Swaps through e.g. homeexchange, lovehomeswap or kidandcoe are also possible.

Special prices for couples or smaller families < 4 persons upon request.

Special actions upon request (e.g. longer periods).

In general, reservations are from Saturday till Saturday (during high season).

During mid and low season, reservations from min. 2-3 nights are possible upon request.

Check ins on Sunday or not possible.
